Eddy's Bake Shop is a full service bakery located in Southern CT and family operated for nearly 50 years.

Eddy's carries a full line of baked goods including breads, rolls, pastries, Italian pastry, donuts, danish, cakes, pies, and of course cookies!

Our cookies are made by hand by pastry artisans from authentic old-world recipes much like your grandmother used to make.

All breads are baked daily on premises. Our rye bread is award winner, and among the best in the state.

At Eddy's Bake Shop we create beautiful custom wedding cakes to fit the theme of your wedding. Order cookie trays and Italian pastry trays for the Venetian table. Celebrate all of the special events in your life with a custom designed birthday, wedding or baby shower, religious, retirement, or anniversary cake. Bring in a photo and we can scan it to create an edible wafer with that photo on it to place on your cake. Take along cookie trays to your shower and place pretty bags for your guests to bring home a special treat.
